Below are the most common cardboard containers that we manufacture. These can be customized to meet your cardboard packaging needs.
Regular Slotted Container (RSC)
The Regular Slotted Container is the most common box style used for shipping and storage. The two outer flaps of an RSC box meet at the center of the box when folded and are usually closed using tape, or staples. Where the product requires additional protection over the top or bottom, corrugated pads can be placed between the inside flaps.
Full Overlap Slotted Container (FOL)
The Full Overlap Container is ideal for boxes with relatively narrow widths. The outer flaps overlap the full width of the box making it especially resistant to rough handling. And, the extra thickness of corrugated material on the top and bottom panels provide added stacking strength. The Half-Slotted Carton (HSC)
The Half Slotted Carton is much like the RSC but with flaps only on one end, leaving an open top on the other end. This carton can be furnished with or without a detached lid.Sleeve and Cap Box
Sleeve and Cap Box is designed for very large items. It uses a tray as the top and bottom of the box. The trays extend over a large cardboard sleeve that covers the remainder of your product Corrugated Cardboard Box ConstructionBoard made from one layer of fluting sandwiched between two liners is called "single wall". Different flutes can be used depending upon strength required. Board made from two layers of fluting sandwiched between three liners is called "twin cushion" or "double-wall" corrugated board. Different flutes may be combined in twin cushion board. Twin cushion should be used when stronger boxes and extra padding are needed. Excellent for stacking heavy items. Three layers of fluting sandwiched between four liners is called "triple wall" or "tri-wall". Again different flutes may be combined to form triple wall board. Triple wall cardboard boxes are the strongest and most crush resistant boxes to use for storage and transit. Back Top Request a quote sales@custommhs.com
