Why Offset Bollards Exist
Standard surface mount bollards place the post directly over the center of the base plate. In tight aisles, near doorways, or along travel lanes, there can be snag points for pallets, carts, and equipment. Offset steel bollards solve this problem by shifting the post away from the center of the base, allowing the plate to be positioned out of the direct path of travel.
