The WireCrafters 1-Wall Style 840 Woven Wire Security Fencing is designed to fit between two existing walls, using a single run of wire partition to close off an opening while controlling access and maintaining full visibility. This secure wire partition design allows unobstructed viewing of stored items, leverages existing lighting, and ensures the free circulation of HVAC and fire suppression systems. Customizable to any room size or height, these wire partition systems are versatile and adaptable.

Commonly used in warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities, these partitions serve various purposes, including tool cribs, maintenance cages, machine guarding, and general inventory storage. In data centers, they provide security and separation for computer servers and can divide colocation facilities. Law enforcement and the DEA also employ these partitions for temporary holding cells, evidence storage, and secure storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.

This partition ships with posts at each end for panel connection, so it does not need to connect directly to facility walls beyond the two existing walls it uses. Wire is 10 gauge in a 2" x 1" woven pattern, with a 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" x 1/8" angle frame. All panels and posts are tagged with numbers for easy assembly. Standard 3/8" assembly hardware is the heaviest in the industry, and all necessary erection hardware, including concrete floor anchors, is included. Standard color is Gray.

Selection Guide:

♦ Widths range from 5'-6" up to 25'-10", available in one-foot increments, each offered with a Hinged door (3' or 4' wide) or a Sliding door (sized to the opening, from 3' up to 10' wide on the largest units).
♦ Model numbers follow the pattern W[width]H for Hinged (for example, W781H is 7'-6" wide with a hinged door) or W[width]S for Sliding (for example, W781S is 7'-6" wide with a sliding door).
♦ Height: all widths are available at the standard 8'-5-1/4", 10'-5-1/4", or 12'-5-1/4" heights described on the Style 840 overview page.

♦ Width: choose the width closest to your opening span, from 5'-6" up to 25'-10", in one-foot increments.
♦ Door type: choose Hinged for standard swing-door access, or Sliding when floor space in front of the opening is limited.
♦ Wall requirement: confirm you have one existing wall to anchor this partition to before ordering; facilities needing to close off a corner or free-standing area should instead consider the 2-Wall, 3-Wall, or 4-Wall configurations.
