Most quote requests are reviewed by a material handling specialist within one business day, often faster. Freight is coordinated as part of the quote, so you see delivered pricing up front.

Can I send a drawing, photo, or spec sheet?

Yes. Upload it with the quote form or email it to us, and we’ll check dimensions, load ratings, and compatibility before we quote.

Do your prices include freight?

No, unless noted. Prices are in U.S. dollars and don’t include freight or taxes. You can ship on your own carrier account, have us ship the most cost-effective way and add freight to your invoice, or request a freight quote for approval before we ship. We ship throughout the United States and Canada.

What payment methods and terms do you offer?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ACH, and checks. Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee. Established customers with approved credit may qualify for Net 30 terms, based on a satisfactory Dun & Bradstreet rating.

Do you offer custom or configured equipment?

Yes. Many solutions can be configured around layout, workflow, and capacity requirements.

Can I place a tax-exempt order?
