Product information and availability
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and availability. However:
- Product information may contain typographical errors or omissions
- Prices, colors, specifications, and availability may change without notice
- Product photos may be representative only and the final product may vary based on options, dimensions, colors, or accessories
- Some products are made to order and may be non-cancelable and non-returnable

Quotes, pricing, and minimum orders
Unless otherwise stated:
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
- Prices do not include freight, taxes, duties, special crating, or other applicable charges
- Freight and shipping estimates are provided as a courtesy and may change based on fuel surcharges, accessorial charges, address changes, redirected shipments, delivery conditions, or carrier adjustments
- We currently maintain a minimum order requirement of $175 for business deliveries and $250 for residential deliveries
- Pricing is not protected against steel surcharges, tariffs, or similar cost increases

Orders and payment
Submitting an order or quote request does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel orders, limit quantities, or request additional information before accepting an order.
If you pay by credit card, you authorize us to charge the card for the amounts due in connection with your order. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. A 3% credit-card processing fee may apply where disclosed.
Payment card information is processed through a third-party payment gateway. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss
Unless otherwise stated, orders are shipped F.O.B. shipping point. Risk of loss and responsibility for freight claims pass in accordance with the applicable shipping terms and carrier handling.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and any special delivery instructions. Additional freight or accessorial charges may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access locations, re-delivery, storage, refused shipments, or other carrier-imposed charges.
All orders should be inspected before acceptance. If goods are damaged, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and notify the carrier and us immediately.

Returns, cancellations, and damaged shipments
Returns are subject to our posted Return Policy and any product-specific restrictions. In general:
- No return is accepted without prior authorization from us
- Approved returns may be subject to a 25% handling or restocking fee, plus any applicable reconditioning charges
- Returned goods must generally be in original, unaltered packaging
- Claims for shortages, errors, or damage should be made promptly after receipt
- Custom, altered, special-order, or made-to-order items may be non-returnable and non-cancelable
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately posted Return Policy for a specific transaction, the more specific posted policy will control.
