Existing facility pallet racks can be completely enclosed with standard wire mesh panels and doors to secure and control high-value inventory. Modular-sized wire mesh panels are quick to install and are inherently stronger than competing pallet rack enclosing systems.

WireCrafters panels and doors are made of 10-gauge wire welded into a 2" x 2" square mesh and then welded into a 13-gauge rolled-formed angle frame. End panels attach to the pallet rack end with flush-mount angle clips or with a flat frame and self-tapping screws to separate multiple bays. Back panels attach directly to the rack with angle clips. WireCrafters stocks three different mounting clips, offering offsets from flush-mount up to 6", allowing pallet loads to overhang while maintaining inventory security and worker safety. Offset clips up to 12" long allow panels to be mounted between back-to-back rows of pallet racks, securing two rows simultaneously.

Selection Guide:

♦ 96" beam width (8' wide): available in 8', 10', or 12' high, each with 3', 3'-6", or 4' upright depth
♦ 108" beam width (9' wide): available in 8', 10', or 12' high, each with 3', 3'-6", or 4' upright depth
♦ 120" beam width (10' wide): available in 8', 10', or 12' high, each with 3', 3'-6", or 4' upright depth

Model numbers follow the pattern RE[width][height][depth] (for example, RE8836 is 8' wide x 8' high x 3'-6" deep).

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Beam width: match the enclosure width to your existing pallet rack beam width, 96", 108", or 120".
♦ Height: choose 8', 10', or 12' to match your rack height and enclosure needs.
♦ Upright depth: choose 3', 3'-6", or 4' to match your rack's upright depth, and consider offset mounting clips if pallet loads overhang.
