The Bishamon ALPHA combines hydraulic scissor lift table functionality with a 360-degree rotating platform top. The rotation allows operators to access all sides of a pallet or load from a fixed position, eliminating the need to walk around the load or manually reposition it. This is particularly effective on high-cycle packing, assembly, and order-fulfillment lines, where repeated repositioning of loads is a source of wasted motion and physical strain. All models rise from approximately 11.5" to 12.5" lowered, and from 41.5" to 51" raised, depending on the capacity tier.

Choosing the Right ALPHA Model:

The three capacity tiers differ in both rated load and cycle rating, which makes cycle frequency a key selection factor alongside weight.

♦ L22K series (2,200 lb capacity): Rated for up to 50,000 cycles per year. Travel 11.5" to 41.5". The right choice for lighter pallet loads in high-frequency operations such as e-commerce fulfillment, piece-pick staging, and light assembly.

♦ L44K series (4,400 lb capacity): Rated for up to 50,000 cycles per year. Travel 11.5" to 41.5". Suited for standard pallet loads in manufacturing and distribution where both capacity and cycle frequency are high.

♦ L66K series (6,600 lb capacity): Rated for up to 35,000 cycles per year. Travel 12.5" to 51". The highest capacity tier with the tallest raised height. For heavier loads and applications where the additional 9.5" of raised height improves operator positioning. Lower cycle rating reflects the heavier-duty hydraulic demands of this tier.

♦ Platform size: Three sizes are available across all capacity tiers: 44" x 44", 44" x 48", and 48" x 48". Select the platform that fully supports the footprint of your typical pallet or load.

♦ Voltage: Four options are available: 115 VAC (standard single-phase), 230 VAC 1-phase, 230 VAC 3-phase, and 480 VAC 3-phase. Select based on the available power supply at the workstation. The 115 VAC models are the lowest-cost option and require no special electrical infrastructure.
