Autoquip Series 35 Low Profile Scissor Lift Tables

Autoquip Series 35 Low Profile Scissors Lift Table
The Autoquip Series 35 Low Profile scissor lift table lowers to just 5" from floor level -- significantly lower than a standard Series 35, which collapses to 6.5" or higher depending on the model. The 5" lowered height enables loads to roll directly onto the platform with minimal ramp or threshold, making these tables the right choice when loads must be transferred from floor level without lifting. Three platform lengths cover travel ranges from 24" to 48" of vertical lift. Capacities run from 1,000 to 4,000 lbs across 12 models.
The premium over a standard-travel Series 35 model reflects the specialized low-profile scissor mechanism required to achieve the 5" collapsed height. A turntable accessory is available separately. Contact us for details.
Choosing the Right LP Model:
All 12 models share the same 24" wide platform. Platform length and the resulting raised height are the primary selection criteria, followed by capacity.
♦ S35-024-LP series (24" x 36" platform): 5" to 29" travel. For applications where a raised height of 29" is sufficient -- roll-on loading and positioning at standard desk or workstation height.
♦ S35-036-LP series (24" x 48" platform): 5" to 41" travel. The most versatile group, suited for standard ergonomic working heights in assembly and staging operations.
♦ S35-048-LP series (24" x 64" platform): 5" to 53" travel. The longest platform for extended loads. Raises to 53" for shoulder-height access or elevated transfer applications.
Within each platform group, four capacity tiers are available: 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, and 4,000 lbs. Select the capacity that covers the heaviest expected load with a reasonable margin.

Where Low Profile Lift Tables Are Commonly Used:
♦ Roll-on pallet and skid loading: The 5" lowered height allows wheeled carts, hand trucks, or pallet jacks to roll a load directly onto the platform without a ramp or threshold, eliminating the step that causes load tipping on standard-height tables.
♦ Above-ground in-floor substitution: Where a true pit-mounted in-floor lift is not feasible due to floor construction or cost, a low-profile table provides the closest practical alternative for level-loading applications.
♦ Low-clearance environments: Areas with overhead obstructions, low mezzanines, or equipment positioned close to the floor where a standard-height lift table in the lowered position would interfere with adjacent operations.
♦ AGV and conveyor integration: Automated guided vehicle systems and floor-level conveyor infeed points often require a platform that lowers to near-floor height for load handoff. The 5" collapsed height accommodates these integration requirements.
