The Metro Super Erecta Pro Industrial Polymer Shelf Cart is designed for enhanced cleanliness and durability, making it well-suited for rigorous daily use. Polymer shelf mats and Metroseal 3 epoxy-coated frames and posts are each fortified with built-in Microban antimicrobial protection, keeping every component of the cart cleaner between washings. Lift-off mats are easily removable, simplifying hand or machine washing.

These polymer mats are built to endure daily wear from containers and sharp edges, while the cart's robust design provides strength and rigidity. Super Erecta Pro shelves offer exceptional flexibility, supporting both traditional shelving and accessory configurations on the same unit.

Metro Polyurethane Stem Casters support up to 900 lbs per cart and are fitted with non-marking polyurethane flat treads and polyethylene hubs featuring ball-bearing swivels and axles. These casters are NSF-listed, ensuring compatibility across diverse environments. The durable, abrasion-resistant, shock-absorbing polyurethane tread is ideal for dry environments and medium-duty applications. Each caster includes a chrome-plated horn, stems, axles, optional brakes, and one donut bumper for additional protection.

Twenty-four configurations are available across three widths and eight lengths.

♦ Width: 18", 21", or 24"; select based on the footprint of materials being transported and the available floor and aisle space.

♦ Length, from 24" up to 72", select based on the volume of material moved per trip.

♦ Antimicrobial protection throughout, unlike carts where Microban protection is limited to the shelf surface, this cart's frames and posts carry the same protection, worth prioritizing in facilities where surface hygiene matters across the entire unit, not just the shelving.

♦ Removable mats for deep cleaning: the lift-off polymer mats allow hand or machine washing, supporting more thorough sanitation than a fixed shelf surface.
