Jamco DG-Series Adjustable Divider Truck

The Jamco DG-Series Adjustable Divider Truck features all-welded construction, excluding casters and removable rails, for long-lasting durability. It includes a durable 12-gauge steel platform and matching 12-gauge caster mounts, along with a tubular handle featuring a smooth radius bend for comfortable handling. Bolt-on casters, two swivel and two rigid, allow for easy replacement and superior cart tracking, reducing downtime as wheels wear.

The platform includes 1-1/2-inch downturned lips for flush loading and unloading. Removable 1-1/4 inch tubular divider rails, 36 inches high, support flexible load separation, with eight rails standard on the 48-inch-long cart and twelve rails on the 72-inch-long cart. Sockets are spaced 6 inches apart, supporting versatile load management as job requirements change.

Eleven configurations are available across three sizes and multiple caster types.

Selection Guide:

♦ Caster type and capacity, 7" Phenolic, 7" Mold-on Rubber, and 7" Polyurethane options are available at varying capacities, along with an 8" Full Pneumatic option for added shock absorption. Select based on the required load capacity and floor conditions for your application.

♦ Size, from 24"x48" up to 36"x72", select based on the footprint of materials being transported and the available floor and aisle space.

♦ Divider rail configuration, with sockets spaced 6 inches apart, allows dividers to be repositioned to match different load widths, supporting sorting by category, job, or work order on a single run.

♦ Flush loading edges, the 1-1/2 inch down-turned platform lips simplify sliding cartons, totes, or panels on and off the truck.
