The Jamco NV-Series Easy Entry Steel Service Cart replaces standard corner posts with 1-1/4" tubular center support posts, allowing unobstructed loading and unloading from the open ends of the cart. This design is particularly useful for handling longer items or materials that would otherwise catch on corner posts during loading. All-welded construction, except for the casters, provides long-term durability, with 12-gauge steel shelves and 12-gauge caster mounts that support demanding daily use.

Three models are available, all at 24"x36", with capacity and height varying by caster type: 5" polyurethane or thermorubber casters rate the cart at 800 lbs, while 8" semi-pneumatic casters increase capacity to 2,000 lbs at a taller 39" height.

Models and Specifications:

♦ NV236-U5, 24"W x 36"L x 35"H. 5" polyurethane casters. Capacity 800 lbs. Tubular center support posts. All-welded except casters.

♦ NV236-T5, 24"W x 36"L x 35"H. 5" thermorubber casters. Capacity 800 lbs. Same specification as NV236-U5 with thermorubber casters.

♦ NV236-Z8, 24"W x 36"L x 39"H. 8" semi-pneumatic casters. Capacity 2,000 lbs. Taller model with significantly higher capacity, suited for heavier loads requiring the easy-entry design.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Caster type and capacity, polyurethane and thermorubber casters both rate at 800 lbs, offering a choice of rolling surface feel without a capacity tradeoff. The semi-pneumatic caster option increases capacity to 2,000 lbs at a taller 39" height, suited for heavier loads that also benefit from the easy-entry design.

♦ Easy entry design, the tubular center support posts eliminate the corner-post obstruction found on standard service carts, making this model well suited for loading long items, sheet materials, or awkward shapes that would be difficult to maneuver past corner posts.

♦ NV-Series vs. standard Jamco carts: choose the NV-Series specifically when the loading and unloading process benefits from open-end access. For general-purpose transport without long or awkward items, a standard corner-post Jamco cart may be more cost-effective.
