The Jamco Vibration Reduction 2-Shelf Cart is engineered to protect sensitive instruments and equipment during transport. Full pneumatic and semi-pneumatic 8" casters are air-cushioned, absorbing shock and vibration from uneven floors far more effectively than solid phenolic or rubber wheels, a meaningful advantage when moving delicate lab equipment, medical instruments, or precision devices that could be damaged by transport shock.

All-welded construction, except for the bolt-on casters, ensures long-term durability. Twelve-gauge steel shelves and caster mounts, along with 3/16" thick angle corners, add structural strength and stability. Capacity is 1,200 lbs across all fourteen configurations, which span seven sizes and two pneumatic caster types.

Selection Guide:

♦ Full pneumatic vs. semi-pneumatic casters: full pneumatic casters use true air-filled tires for maximum vibration dampening and are best suited for the most sensitive equipment or the roughest floor surfaces. Semi-pneumatic casters use a foam-filled tire that still provides meaningful vibration reduction while reducing the risk of punctures or air loss over time, making them a practical choice for general lab and facility use. 

♦ Size, from 24"x30" up to 36"x48", select based on the footprint of the instruments or equipment being transported. All sizes share the same 1,200 lb capacity and 39" height.

♦ For applications requiring vibration control, this cart is best suited to laboratories, medical facilities, and any environment transporting precision equipment, calibrated instruments, or fragile electronics where transport-related shock could affect accuracy or cause damage.

♦ Reinforced construction, the same 12-gauge shelf and caster mount construction with 3/16" angle corners used on Jamco's heavier-duty carts, provides a stable, rigid platform, ensuring the vibration dampening from the casters isn't undermined by frame flex.
