Jamco XL-Series Stainless Steel Low Profile Cart | Stable & Corrosion-Resistant Utility Cart

The Jamco XL-Series Stainless Steel Low Profile Cart features all-welded construction, apart from the casters, with premium number 4 polished shelves in durable 16-gauge stainless steel for a smooth, hygienic, easy-to-clean surface. 1-1/2" stainless corner angles and stainless caster mounts add structural strength throughout. A 12-inch offset tubular handle with a smooth radius bend provides a comfortable, secure grip and a uniform, finished appearance.

Six configurations are available across two sizes and three caster types, with capacities up to 2,000 lbs, depending on the caster selected.

Models and Specifications:

♦ XL236-U5, 24" wide x 36" long x 39" tall. 5" polyurethane casters. Capacity 1,200 lbs. Premium number 4 polished 16-gauge stainless steel shelves. 1-1/2" stainless corner angles. 12" offset tubular handle.

♦ XL236-S5, 24" wide x 36" long x 39" tall. 5" polyurethane casters with stainless steel rigs. Capacity 1,200 lbs. Same construction and features as XL236-U5 with upgraded stainless caster rigs.

♦ XL236-Z8, 24" wide x 36" long x 43" tall. 8" semi-pneumatic casters. Capacity 2,000 lbs. Taller model with significantly higher capacity and improved shock absorption for rougher floor conditions.

♦ XL248-U5, 24" wide x 48" long x 39" tall. 5" polyurethane casters. Capacity 1,200 lbs. Same construction and features as the XL236-U5, but at a greater length.

♦ XL248-S5, 24" wide x 48" long x 39" tall. 5" polyurethane casters with stainless steel rigs. Capacity 1,200 lbs. Same construction and features as XL248-U5 with upgraded stainless caster rigs.

♦ XL248-Z8, 24" wide x 48" long x 43" tall. 8" semi-pneumatic casters. Capacity 2,000 lbs. The largest model in this lineup, with significantly higher capacity and improved shock absorption.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Caster type and capacity: 5" polyurethane casters provide 1,200 lb capacity at a lower cart height. The SS Rigs upgrade extends corrosion resistance further into the caster assembly at the same capacity. 8" semi-pneumatic casters increase capacity to 2,000 lbs with added shock absorption at a taller height.

♦ Size, 24"x36" or 24"x48", select based on the footprint of materials being transported and the available floor and aisle space.

♦ Low-profile design, the offset tubular handle, and low overall height compared to standard-height stainless carts make this model well-suited to applications where a lower center of gravity or reduced overall height improves stability or fits under fixed equipment and shelving.
