The Little Giant LG-LGL Series 2-Shelf Steel Service Cart is a robust, economical shelf truck built for industrial and commercial material handling. All-welded 12-gauge steel construction ships fully assembled, with no bolts or fasteners to work loose over time, for long-term durability in high-use environments.

Non-marking polyurethane casters with ball-bearing wheels provide smooth rolling and easy maneuverability under heavy loads, available in 5" (1,200 lb capacity) or 6" (2,000 lb capacity) sizes. The bottom shelf includes a standard retaining lip to help secure small parts during transport. The top shelf can be configured with the lip up (LGL models) to hold items, or with the lip down for a flush working surface (LG models).

Eighteen configurations are available across five sizes at 1,200 lb capacity and four sizes at 2,000 lb capacity, with a choice of top-shelf lip orientation for every size.

Selection Guide:

♦ Capacity and caster size: 1,200 lb (5" polyurethane casters) or 2,000 lb (6" polyurethane casters); select based on the maximum expected load weight. The 2,000 lb tier uses larger casters for the added capacity and is available in four size options; the 1,200 lb tier is available in five size options, including the smallest (18"x24") and largest single-length (30"x60") footprints.

♦ Top shelf configuration, lip up (LGL models) or lip down/flush (LG models), lip-up models help contain loose parts and small items during transport. Lip-down (flush) models provide a flat working surface, useful when the top shelf is used to slide larger items on and off or when a flush surface is preferred for staging. The bottom shelf retains its lip on all models regardless of the top shelf configuration.

♦ Size, from 18"x24" up to 30"x60", select based on the footprint of materials and the aisle or workspace clearance available. Larger carts hold more per trip but require more floor space and turning room.
