Little Giant Adjustable Sheet & Panel Truck, Versatile Material Handling Cart

The Little Giant Adjustable Sheet and Panel Truck is well suited to transporting both large and small quantities of plywood, drywall, or other sheet materials. Two heavy-duty uprights extend 27 inches above the deck and can be placed in any of four positions, adapting the truck to different load widths and bundle sizes without needing a separate cart for each job.

This truck is versatile enough for rolled goods, office partition panels, and folding tables, or can be used as a standard platform truck when the uprights aren't needed. Additional uprights are available to increase storage capacity and improve load separation when handling multiple panel types or mixed materials on a single run.

Twenty-four configurations are available across eight sizes and three caster types.

Selection Guide:

♦ Caster type and capacity: 6" Mold-on Rubber casters provide 2,000 lb capacity, while 6" Polyurethane and 6" Phenolic casters both provide 3,600 lbs. Select based on the required load capacity and any floor condition preferences for your facility.

♦ Size, from 24"x36" up to 36"x72", select based on the footprint of sheet materials being transported and the available floor and aisle space.

♦ Upright positioning: the two uprights adjust across four positions, letting the truck support narrow stacks or wider panel bundles as job requirements change.

♦ Beyond sheet materials, repositioning the uprights lets this truck also handle rolled goods needing side support or function as a standard platform truck for boxed freight, useful for facilities that want one cart to cover multiple tasks.

Where Commonly Used:

♦ Construction Supply and Lumber Yard Staging: Construction supply and lumber yards use this truck to stage plywood and drywall near cutting stations and loading areas.

♦ Warehouse Panel and Rolled Goods Storage: warehouses use the adjustable uprights to handle both flat panels and rolled goods on the same cart.

♦ Office Furniture and Partition Handling, facilities managing office partitions and folding tables use this truck for controlled, upright transport.

♦ Multi-Department Material Handling: Facilities that want to avoid buying single-purpose equipment use this truck's adjustable design to serve multiple departments and load types.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is the Little Giant Adjustable Sheet & Panel Truck, and what does it carry?
The Little Giant Adjustable Sheet & Panel Truck is a material-handling cart designed to transport sheet goods. It’s commonly used for plywood, drywall, and other flat panels in both small and large quantities. The design also works for rolled goods, office partition panels, and folding tables. Many teams use it as a standard platform truck when they are moving boxed items.
How does this adjustable sheet panel truck help a facility work faster and safer?
Sheet materials are difficult to grip and can flex, increasing the risk of drops and edge damage. This truck helps keep sheets upright and supported as it moves through aisles and doorways. It reduces manual handling, reducing strain when crews repeatedly handle panels. It also supports cleaner staging near cutting areas by keeping panels off the floor.
What makes the uprights adjustable, and why does that matter?
The truck includes two heavy-duty uprights that extend 27 inches above the deck. These uprights can be placed in any of four positions, allowing you to tune the support for different load sizes. Adjustability helps when switching between narrow stacks and wider panel bundles. It also helps stabilize nonstandard items, like partition panels or folded tables.
What key features support versatile use beyond sheet materials?
Because the uprights can be repositioned, the truck can carry rolled goods that need side support. It can also function as a platform truck when uprights are set to suit boxed freight. This flexibility allows a facility to use a single cart across multiple departments instead of buying single-purpose equipment. The same frame can support staging, transport, and short-term storage tasks.
What options can increase capacity or match changing storage needs?
Additional uprights are available to increase storage capacity and improve load separation. Additional uprights can help when carrying multiple panel types on a single run. They can also create compartments for rolled goods or mixed materials. Adding uprights is useful when your facility handles varied sheet sizes and needs better organization on the cart.
Is the manufacturer’s warranty included with my purchase?
Yes. All products sold on CustomMHS.com include the original manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise noted. Custom MHS is an authorized dealer for the brands we carry, which means your purchase is covered by the manufacturer's full factory warranty.
