Little Giant Mesh Security Cart

The Little Giant Mesh Security Cart is a robust cart designed for optimal security and convenience, rated at 2,000 lbs. Constructed from heavy-gauge, flattened expanded metal with small 3/4" x 1-1/2" diamond-shaped openings, it secures even the smallest items while providing excellent visibility and air circulation. All-welded steel construction is reinforced with a heavy-gauge deck and shelf, enhancing durability and load-bearing capacity.

Two swivel and two rigid 6" x 2" non-marking polyurethane wheels provide reliable mobility across warehouse and facility floors. Double doors swing open 270 degrees, folding back to the sides for unobstructed access, and secure with a padlockable hasp. Interior height is 48 inches, with an overall height of 56 inches.

Eighteen configurations are available across six sizes and three center shelf options.

Selection Guide:

♦ Center shelf, no shelf, one shelf, or two shelves: select based on the amount of internal separation needed for the items being secured. Adding shelves increases organization but reduces the open vertical space available for taller items.

♦ Size, from 24"x48" up to 36"x72", select based on the footprint of materials being stored and the available floor and aisle space.

♦ Mesh security and visibility: the small diamond-shaped openings secure even small items while letting staff visually confirm contents without opening the doors, useful for quick inventory checks.

♦ Padlockable hasp: the double doors are secured with a standard padlock, giving facilities the flexibility to choose their own locking hardware and key control procedures.
