The base features a perimeter frame made from 1-1/2-inch by 2-3/4-inch by .070-inch wall extruded aluminum tube, reinforced with laterals of 1-1/2-inch by 1-1/2-inch by .070-inch wall tubing, providing sturdy support for heavy loads. The upper shelf frame is constructed from 1-1/2-inch by 3-1/8-inch by .070-inch wall aluminum tube, with matching laterals for added durability and stability. Uprights are made from 1-1/2-inch by 1-3/4-inch by .070-inch wall extruded aluminum tubing, with horizontal braces of the same dimensions, all securely welded to the base to ensure structural integrity. Four 6-inch-by-2-inch platform-type casters, two swivel and two rigid, offer excellent maneuverability for navigating tight spaces in cold environments.
