The Bishamon ALPHA with a 43" rotating round top delivers the same lift-and-rotate functionality as the rectangular-top ALPHA models, with a circular turntable platform suited for applications where a round surface better fits the load or workstation layout. The 43" diameter platform provides full pallet support for standard 40" x 48" GMA pallets with clearance on all sides. Three capacity tiers, three travel ranges, and four voltage options produce 12 models. All share the same cycle ratings as the rectangular-top series: L22K and L44K models are rated for up to 50,000 cycles per year; L66K models are rated for up to 35,000 cycles per year.

Choosing Between the Round Top and Rectangular Top ALPHA:

The round 43" turntable and the square/rectangular tops in the companion ALPHA series share the same capacity tiers, travel ranges, voltage options, and pricing. The platform shape is the only structural difference. The round top suits applications where loads are centered, and access from any angle is equally important. The rectangular tops (44" x 44", 44" x 48", 48" x 48") suit applications where the load has a defined orientation or where the larger flat surface area is needed for wider or longer loads.

Choosing capacity and voltage:

♦ L22K-TT series (2,200 lb): Travel 11.5" to 41.5". Rated for 50,000 cycles per year. For lighter pallet loads in high-frequency palletizing and fulfillment operations.

♦ L44K-TT series (4,400 lb): Travel 11.5" to 41.5". Rated for 50,000 cycles per year. For standard pallet loads where both capacity and cycle frequency are high.

♦ L66K-TT series (6,600 lb): Travel 12.5" to 51". Rated for 35,000 cycles per year. For heavier loads and applications where the additional 9.5" of raised height improves operator positioning.

♦ Voltage: Four options across all capacity tiers: 115 VAC (standard single-phase, lowest cost, no special electrical infrastructure required), 230 VAC 1-phase, 230 VAC 3-phase, and 480 VAC 3-phase. Select based on available power at the workstation.
