Hallowell DuraTough Safety View cabinets solve the core conflict between cabinet security and inventory visibility. Standard solid-door cabinets keep contents locked but require opening the door to see what is inside. Open shelving makes contents visible but provides no security. Safety View cabinets do both: the doors include polycarbonate window panels that allow contents to be seen from outside without opening the cabinet, while the all-welded steel body and 3-point locking system keep everything secured.

The result is faster inventory checks, easier visual audits, and reduced unauthorized access in tool cribs, maintenance rooms, shared production areas, and any space where accountability and efficiency matter at the same storage position. Construction is all-welded DuraTough steel, rated at 1,450 pounds per shelf with 4 adjustable shelves and 1 fixed shelf. Two widths are available: 36" (HW4SVSC6478-4) and 48" (HW4SVSC8478-4), both 24" deep and 78" high. Additional shelves are available separately in matching 36" and 48" widths.

Choose the Safety View when visual inventory checks, shift-change audits, or facility compliance requirements require content visibility without unlocking the cabinet. Choose the standard solid-door DuraTough when visibility is not a requirement and a lower price point is preferred.

♦ Additional shelves (HW4SCS64 and HW4SCS84): The included 4 adjustable shelves can be supplemented with additional shelves to increase the number of shelf positions within the cabinet.
