Strong Hold all-ventilated wardrobe storage cabinets provide a full-width wardrobe rod and a single heavy-duty shelf in a ventilated, lockable 12-gauge steel enclosure. The full-length rod runs the entire interior width to hang uniforms, jackets, coveralls, rain gear, and PPE across the cabinet span. The 14-gauge shelf provides organized storage for helmets, boots, gloves, and supplies at up to 1,650 pounds capacity on the 60" wide model. Perforated ventilated panels allow air to circulate through the cabinet, helping gear dry between uses and reducing odor and moisture buildup from daily-wear clothing and protective equipment.

All three models are 72" high nominal (78" OAH with 6" 7-gauge welded legs) and 24" deep. Three widths are available: 48", 60", and 72". The 3-point locking system includes padlock capability for access control.

This is a full-wardrobe format: the rod runs the full cabinet width and is not split with a shelving section as in the Strong Hold solid-door combination cabinet series. It is the appropriate selection when full-width hanging capacity is the primary requirement and shelving is secondary.

Selecting the Right Cabinet:

♦ Width and hanging capacity: a wider cabinet offers greater lateral rod length and allows more garments to be stored side by side without crowding. The 48"-wide model suits a single worker or a small number of garments. The 60"-wide model provides room for more garments and carries the highest shelf capacity in the lineup at 1,650 pounds. The 72"-wide model provides maximum rod length for larger groups or facilities storing multiple garments per position, at 1,525 pounds shelf capacity.

♦ Shelf capacity by width: the single shelf capacity varies: 1,200 pounds at 48" wide, 1,650 pounds at 60" wide, and 1,525 pounds at 72" wide. This is sufficient for helmets, composite-toe boots, respirators, and similar heavy PPE. If the shelf will routinely carry loads at or near the rated capacity, verify the load with Strong Hold before ordering.

♦ Full-width wardrobe vs. combination cabinet wardrobe, the Strong Hold solid-door combination cabinets (W-series) divide the interior between a wardrobe section on one side and adjustable shelves on the other, under a single lock. This ventilated wardrobe cabinet provides the full interior width for hanging with a single shelf, no separate shelving section. Choose the combination cabinet when a side-by-side wardrobe and multi-shelf storage are both needed in a single locked unit. Choose this full-width wardrobe when maximum hanging capacity is the primary requirement.

♦ Ventilated wardrobe vs. solid-door combination cabinet for PPE, gear that accumulates sweat, moisture, and body heat during a shift benefits from ventilated storage overnight rather than a sealed solid-door enclosure.
