Autoquip Series 35 Double Long Scissor Lift Table – High-Capacity Lifting for Extended Loads

The Autoquip Series 35 Double Long uses two scissor mechanisms arranged end-to-end beneath a single extended platform. This configuration serves three purposes that a single-unit lift table cannot achieve simultaneously: it accommodates loads that are too long for a standard platform, it multiplies capacity by distributing weight across two lift points, and it adds rated side-load capacity for applications where loads are transferred over the sides of the table rather than the ends. Platform lengths run from 74" to 182". Capacities cover 4,000 to 24,000 lbs across 19 models. Despite the dual mechanism, the design maintains the lowest profile possible for this capacity and platform range.

Understanding the Model Structure:

The DL model number follows the same travel-group convention as the rest of the Series 35 lineup. The middle number indicates the travel group (024, 036, 048, 060), which determines both platform length and vertical travel range. The capacity suffix reflects the total rated load across both scissor units combined.

Select the travel group first based on the required raised height in your application, then select the capacity to cover your heaviest expected load.

Travel groups, platform lengths, and travel ranges:

♦ S35-024-DL series: 24" wide x 74" long platform, 24" of travel (6.5" to 30.5" for most; 7.25" to 31.5" for 12,800 lb). Shortest travel range, most compact raised height.

♦ S35-036-DL series: 24" wide x 98" long platform (130" for the 12,000 lb variant), 36" of travel (6.5" to 42.5" for most; 7.75" to 55.75" for 12,000 lb). Mid-range travel for standard workstation and staging heights.

♦ S35-048-DL series: 24" wide x 130" long platform, 48" of travel (7" to 55" for most; 7.75" to 55.75" for 12,000 lb). Longer platform with greater raised height for taller workstations or transfers.

♦ S35-060-DL series: 32" wide x 176" or 182" long platform, 60" of travel (8" to 68" or 12" to 72" depending on model). The longest platforms and tallest travel in the DL lineup, for the largest and heaviest loads.

Where Double Long Lift Tables Are Commonly Used:

♦ Long material handling: Positioning structural members, extrusions, tubes, lumber, bar stock, or other extended materials at working height without overhang or load instability.

♦ Side-transfer applications: Loading and unloading materials over the sides of the platform, such as feeding a conveyor or transferring to a roller table, where side-load-rated equipment is required.
