Autoquip Series 35 Rover Mobile Scissors Lift Table

The Autoquip Series 35 Rover is a self-contained, battery-powered scissor lift table on lockable casters. Unlike floor-mounted lift tables that are fixed to a single workstation, the Rover rolls to wherever it is needed, lifts the load, and locks in place for stable operation. When the task is done, it unlocks and moves to the next station. A removable tow handle simplifies repositioning. No hardwired power connection is required.

Six models cover two platform lengths and three capacity tiers. All are rated for 2,500 to 6,000 lbs. The S35-036-RM group rises to 50.5". The S35-048-RM group rises to 63". Prices are shown by manufacturer model number for direct competitor comparison.

Choosing the Right Rover Model:

The two platform groups differ in length and in lowered and raised heights. Capacity is the only selection within each group.

S35-036-RM series (24" x 48" platform): Lowered height 14.5", raised height 50.5". Approximately 36" of travel. For standard workstation applications where a raised height of 50" is sufficient.

♦ S35-036-0025-RM: 2,500 lb capacity.

♦ S35-036-0040-RM: 4,000 lb capacity.

♦ S35-036-0060-RM: 6,000 lb capacity.

S35-048-RM series (24" x 64" platform): Lowered height 15", raised height 63". Approximately 48" of travel. The longer platform supports extended loads. The higher raised height suits elevated conveyor feeds, taller workstations, or applications where the extra reach is needed.

♦ S35-048-0025-RM: 2,500 lb capacity.

♦ S35-048-0040-RM: 4,000 lb capacity.

♦ S35-048-0060-RM: 6,000 lb capacity.

Select the platform length based on load size and required raised height, then select capacity based on the heaviest load the unit will handle. For battery type, voltage, and charger specifications, call 866-333-0728 or use the quote form.

Where the Rover Is Commonly Used:

♦ Shared workstation lifting: One Rover serves multiple stations across a shift -- positioned at the assembly line in the morning, moved to the packaging area in the afternoon -- eliminating the need for a dedicated lift table at every position.

♦ Maintenance and repair: Rolling a lift table to the equipment that needs service rather than moving the equipment to a fixed lift table reduces handling time and floor space conflicts in maintenance areas.

♦ Receiving and staging: Raising inbound loads to working height at the dock, then rolling the Rover with the load to a staging or processing area without transferring the load to a second piece of equipment.

♦ Facilities without floor power access: Battery operation means the Rover can be used anywhere in the facility regardless of where floor outlets or hard power connections are located.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is the Autoquip Series 35 Rover mobile scissors lift table?
The Autoquip Series 35 Rover is a portable scissor lift table designed to move heavy loads while providing an adjustable working height. It combines the strength of a stationary lift table with the flexibility of a mobile cart. This makes it ideal for facilities that need lifting power in multiple work areas. It is a dependable solution for improving efficiency and reducing manual lifting.
How does a mobile scissor lift table improve workplace ergonomics?
A mobile scissor lift table helps workers position materials at a comfortable height, reducing bending, reaching, and lifting from the floor. This reduces strain on the back, shoulders, and knees during repetitive handling tasks. Better ergonomic positioning also helps employees stay productive throughout long shifts. Over time, it can support a safer and healthier work environment.
Where is the Series 35 Rover most commonly used?
These portable lift tables are commonly used in manufacturing, assembly, warehouses, maintenance shops, and shipping departments. They are especially valuable when transporting loads between stations while maintaining optimal operational levels. The mobility allows one lift table to serve multiple tasks across the facility. This versatility makes it a strong fit for dynamic operations.
What makes the Autoquip Rover different from a standard cart or lift table?
Unlike a standard cart, the Rover provides lifting capability, allowing materials to be raised to the correct working height. Compared to a fixed lift table, it offers the advantage of portability and multi-station use. This combination helps streamline workflows and reduces the need for multiple pieces of equipment. It is an excellent option when both mobility and lifting performance are required.
What should you consider when choosing a portable scissor lift table?
Key factors include load capacity, lift height range, platform size, and frequency of table movement. You should also consider the floor conditions and maneuverability needs in your workspace. Durable construction and smooth lifting operation are essential for long-term reliability. Selecting the right model ensures maximum productivity and safety benefits.
