Metro 4-Shelf Galvanized Solid Shelving Unit
The Metro 4-Shelf Galvanized Solid Shelving Unit features four robust galvanized solid shelves and four 62-9/16" long chrome posts. This unit is built for strength and durability, with each shelf crafted from two layers of 18-gauge steel, creating 1/8" raised edges on all sides. This "ship's edge" design provides all-around rigidity and high strength.
The unit is designed with hygiene in mind; the flat, solid shelves have raised edges on all sides and corners to contain spills, minimize contamination, and facilitate easier cleanup. The galvanized finish on the shelves, combined with uncoated cast corners, makes this unit ideal for environments where solid shelving and a work surface with minimal corrosion resistance are required.
Shelf accessibility is maximized as the shelves can be loaded and unloaded from all sides, utilizing the full storage capacity of the space. Additionally, the shelves offer great flexibility, adjustable in 1" intervals along the entire length of the post, allowing for customized storage solutions to suit various needs.
