Akro-Mils Heavy-Duty Tilt Trucks, Standard and Forkliftable Bulk Material Handling

Akro-Mils Heavy-Duty Tilt Trucks are engineered to make transporting bulky, heavyweight loads simple and efficient, even with just one operator. Available in both standard and forkliftable models, these tilt trucks are built to withstand tough industrial use while ensuring durability, ease of handling, and compatibility with automatic dumpers.

The one-piece molded tub is easy to clean and resistant to rust, dents, and chips. The fully welded, powder-coated 13-gauge frame extends under the top rim for maximum strength. Designed for easy maneuvering and dumping by a single worker, these trucks reduce manual handling strain and simplify cleanup and maintenance across warehouses, factories, and distribution centers.

Fourteen configurations are available across five sizes, standard or forkliftable, with capacities ranging up to 2,000 lbs.

Selection Guide:

♦ Forkliftable vs. standard, forkliftable models, marked with an "F" in the model number, allow the truck to be moved by forklift for added versatility. Confirm pricing for each size carefully, as the forkliftable premium varies significantly.

♦ Size and capacity: from 29"x59"x38" at 600 lb to 48"x86"x50" at 2,000 lb; select based on the volume of material being hauled and the available floor and aisle space.

♦ Dumper compatibility: these trucks are optimized for safe use with automatic dumpers, useful for facilities already equipped with dumping stations.

Where Commonly Used:

♦ Warehouse and Manufacturing Waste Hauling: warehouses and manufacturing plants use these trucks to efficiently transport and dump scrap, recyclables, and packaging waste.

♦ Recycling Facility Bulk Material Handling: Recycling facilities use large-capacity equipment to move and dump loose recyclable materials throughout the day.

♦ Laundry and Institutional Bulk Transport: laundries and institutional facilities use these trucks to move and dump bulk linens or supplies.

♦ Distribution Center Cleanup and Debris Removal: Distribution centers use these trucks for cleanup tasks and efficient debris removal across large facility floors.
