Vestil Dock Barricade Gate
The Vestil Dock Barricade Gate is at the forefront of loading dock safety technology. This system is powered by an electric/hydraulic unit, ensuring quick and effortless operation. It can stop a 4,000-pound loaded truck traveling at 4 miles per hour, offering exceptional protection. The gate is electronically operated and features an electrical bumper-style safety stop circuit that detects obstructions when lowering, enhancing safety during use.
Installation of the gate is straightforward: simply anchor the unit to the floor and plug it in. The mechanical version, model DJG-100MW, includes a manual hand crank winch for manual raising and lowering of the barricade arm. All units are equipped with a lock bar on the arm post to prevent unauthorized rotation of the barricade arm, although a padlock is not included. Each unit operates on a standard 115V 1-phase power supply, making it easily integrated into most industrial settings.
