MECO Steel Platform Trucks, Heavy-Duty Steel Deck Platform Carts

MECO Steel Platform Trucks are heavy-duty material handling carts designed to move boxes, parts, equipment, tools, inventory, and supplies through warehouses, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, stockrooms, and industrial facilities. Built with a 12-gauge reinforced steel deck, these platform trucks provide long-lasting strength and durability while resisting warping, splintering, and liquid absorption.

Lengthwise steel battens reinforce the deck for added rigidity and support capacities up to 2,000 lbs. The removable 1-3/8 inch pipe handle includes three cross members to help contain loads during transport, while welded casters and bearing-equipped wheels support smooth movement and long service life.

Eighteen configurations are available across five sizes and four caster types.

Selection Guide:

♦ Caster type and capacity: 5" and 6" Mold-On Rubber casters provide 1,400 and 1,600 lbs, respectively; 8" Mold-On Rubber increases capacity to 2,000 lbs; and 8" Full Pneumatic casters provide a cushioned ride at 1,000 lbs. Select based on the required load capacity and floor conditions for your application.

♦ Size, from 24"x36" up to 36"x72", select based on the footprint of materials being transported and the available floor and aisle space.

♦ Steel deck durability: the reinforced steel deck is a strong choice for demanding environments where wood decks may break down, absorb moisture, or deteriorate over time.

♦ Removable pipe handle makes the truck easier to store, service, or reposition when needed, while the cross members help keep materials secure during movement.
