The MECO Husky Service Cart is a heavy-duty industrial utility cart designed to move tools, parts, supplies, equipment, and materials throughout warehouses, maintenance departments, manufacturing facilities, stockrooms, and shops. Constructed from 12-gauge steel, each shelf features a 2-inch lip and welded stiffener bars that keep the shelf rigid under demanding daily use. At 4,000 lb capacity, it is built for serious material handling where lighter-duty carts fall short.

A full-width push handle gives operators better control and comfort during transport. Two swivel casters and two rigid bolt-on casters combine smooth tracking with controlled steering, while 8" x 2" phenolic roller-bearing wheels are well-suited for moving heavy loads across shop and warehouse floors.

Twenty configurations are available across three widths (24", 28", 34"), up to four depths (36" to 72"), and two shelf counts (2 or 3). All models share the same 4,000 lb capacity regardless of size.

Selection Guide:

♦ Shelf count: 2 or 3. Two-shelf models provide 23" of clearance between shelves, suited for taller items or bulkier loads. Three-shelf models provide 10.5" of clearance per shelf, suited for organizing more numerous, shorter items across additional levels. Both configurations have the same 4,000-lb total capacity.

♦ Width: 24", 28", or 34"; select based on the aisle width and load footprint in the operation. The 24" width is available in all four depths; the 28" and 34" widths are available in 48", 60", and 72" depths only.

♦ Depth, 36" to 72", select based on the footprint of the materials, parts, or equipment being transported. Deeper carts hold more per trip but require more floor space and turning clearance.

♦ Shelf lip orientation: units ship standard with shelf lips down. Top and middle shelves can be ordered with lips up by adding the "-LU" suffix to the model number, useful for containing loose items or preventing roll-off during transport.

♦ Casters and mobility: two swivel casters and two rigid bolt-on casters combine maneuverability with directional stability, allowing the cart to track straight under load while still permitting controlled turns. The 8" x 2" phenolic wheels resist wear and roll smoothly on concrete and shop floors under heavy loads.
