WireCrafters Server Cage partition panels bolt together and ship pre-sized, so no cutting or grinding is required, reducing debris during installation in an operating facility. All necessary hardware, including freight and erection hardware, is included in your quote.

Panel Options Available:

♦ Heavy-Duty Woven Wire Panels, 10-gauge wire woven into a 2" x 1" rectangular mesh, welded into a 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" x 1/8" hot-rolled angle, with a flat stiffener bar on larger panels.
♦ RapidWire Medium Duty Welded Wire Panels, 10-gauge wire in a 2" x 2" square pattern, on a 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" 13-gauge rolled form angle frame.

Both panel types bolt directly to a 2" square, 14-gauge steel tube post using 3/8" hardware, with all hardware accessible only from inside the enclosure. Ceilings are available as an option for added security.

Selecting the Right Model:

WireCrafters Heavy Duty Woven Wire Panels
	WireCrafters Style 840 Woven Wire Panels are constructed of 10-gauge wire, woven into a 2" x 1" rectangular mesh design. This wire mesh is then welded into a 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 1/8" hot rolled angle. Depending on the size of the panels; we also weld a flat stiffener bar to the mesh and angle frame. The wire mesh panels then bolt directly to a 2" square, 14 gauge steel tube post with 3/8" hardware - which is the strongest in the industry. The posts have a welded base plate, and we provide floor anchors to ensure a robust and rigid partition system. WireCrafters designs this wire partition system with all the hardware inside the cage. With hardware accessible only from the inside of the enclosure, security is guaranteed.
WireCrafters RapidWire™ Medium Duty Welded Wire Panels
	WireCrafters Style 840 Welded Wire Panels are constructed of 10-gauge wire in a 2" x 2" square pattern. This welded mesh can be substituted for the standard Style 840 woven wire mesh. RapidWire's angle frame is a 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" 13-gauge rolled form angle. The posts, made of two-inch square tubing, are the same as our traditional Style 840 partitions.
