Logitrans Logitilt Battery Powered Tilter | 2,200 lb, Ergonomic Box and Crate Tilting

The Logitrans Logitilt is a battery-powered tilter designed for fixed workstation use in production, assembly, picking, and inspection environments where operators must repeatedly access the contents of boxes and crates. The Logitilt tilts the container to 90 degrees -- bringing the opening directly to the operator at a comfortable working angle, eliminating the bending, reaching, and awkward postures that cause fatigue and musculoskeletal strain in high-repetition container-access tasks.

Battery-powered operation provides smooth, controlled tilting without manual effort. The Logitilt is suited for both standing and seated workstations, making it adaptable to ergonomic workstation configurations that accommodate different operator heights and preferences.

Two models are available, differentiated by fork span (the outside dimension of the tilting arms). Fork length is configurable at 31.5" or 45"; specify at the time of order. Capacity is 2,200 lbs on both models.

Models and Specifications:

♦ LT-1001-TE-22, 22" fork span (OD). Fork length 31.5" or 45" (specify at order). Capacity 2,200 lbs. Battery-powered tilt to 90°. Suited for standing and seated workstations.

♦ LT-1001-TE-27, 27" fork span (OD). Fork length 31.5" or 45" (specify at order). Capacity 2,200 lbs. Battery-powered tilt to 90°. Wider span for larger containers. Same specification as LT-1001-TE-22 at a greater fork span.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Fork span, 22" or 27" OD: the fork span is the outside dimension of the two tilting arms that hold the container. Select based on the outside width of the boxes or crates in the operation. The arms must clear the outside of the container on both sides. Verify that the container's outside dimensions match the selected fork span before ordering.

♦ Fork length, 31.5" or 45", the fork length determines how deeply the tilting arms support the container from front to back. Select based on the container depth. Deeper containers require the 45" fork length for adequate support during tilting. Specify at the time of order.

♦ Logitilt vs. rotator family: The Logitilt tilts to 90 degrees from a fixed workstation position. The Logitrans rotator family (ELFR, ELFSRA, SELFRA, and related models) tilts beyond 90 degrees and is mounted on a transportable walkie stacker base. Choose the Logitilt for a lower-cost, fixed-workstation ergonomic tilting solution. Choose a rotator model when mobile transport, lift height, or beyond-90-degree tilting is required.

Where Commonly Used:

♦ Assembly Line Component Access: Assembly line operators accessing components from deep boxes and crates throughout the shift use the Logitilt to bring the container opening to a comfortable working angle, reducing the reach and bending associated with accessing contents from upright floor-level containers.

♦ Picking and Inspection Workstations, picking and inspection workstations processing products from large inbound containers use the Logitilt for consistent ergonomic positioning of the container at the workstation, improving operator comfort and reducing fatigue during repetitive access tasks.

♦ Production Floor Part Supply Stations, production support areas supplying parts and materials to production lines, use the Logitilt at fixed supply stations to present containers at the correct angle for line operators, reducing manual tipping and awkward reaching at the point of use.

♦ Seated Workstation Ergonomic Integration: Ergonomic workstation programs for seated operators use the Logitilt to configure the container angle for seated access, making it practical for both standing and seated operator positions at the same workstation without manual repositioning.
