Strong Hold Stainless Steel 4-Shelf Bin Cabinet

Strong Hold Stainless Steel 4-Shelf Bin Cabinets | Hopper Bins with Label Holders, 12-Gauge Stainless
Strong Hold stainless steel 4-shelf bin cabinets bring organized small-parts bin storage into environments where painted steel is not acceptable. The 12-gauge stainless construction resists corrosion from washdown procedures, cleaning chemicals, moisture, and the general conditions in food processing, pharmaceutical, laboratory, and high-humidity industrial environments where standard carbon steel cabinets degrade.
Inside, four adjustable 14-gauge shelves hold removable yellow polypropylene hopper bins measuring 4-1/8" wide by 7-3/8" deep by 3" high, rated at 10 pounds each and fitted with integrated label holders for part identification. The shelves carry 1,900 pounds at 36" wide and 1,200 pounds at 48" wide. A 3-point locking system with a padlock hasp secures all contents. Welded 6" 7-gauge legs bring the overall height to 78" and provide forklift clearance for repositioning. Ships fully assembled.
Models and Specifications:

Selecting the Right Cabinet:
♦ Width and shelf capacity: the 36"-wide model carries 1,900 pounds per shelf the higher capacity for positions where heavier tools, dies, or equipment will be stored alongside the bins. The 48"-wide model carries 1,200 pounds per shelf and provides more lateral bin and shelf surface for a larger parts inventory. Choose based on the floor footprint available and the weight of items stored on the shelves alongside the bins.
♦ Stainless vs. carbon steel 4-shelf bin cabinet: The carbon steel 4-shelf bin cabinet carries the same bin format and shelf capacity at a substantially lower price point. Choose the stainless version when the installation environment requires corrosion resistance, supports frequent washdowns, or is subject to sanitation compliance requirements that painted steel cannot meet. Choose the carbon steel version for standard industrial environments where stainless is not required.
♦ Hopper bins with label holders: the front-opening hopper bin format allows parts to be scooped out without removing the bin, speeding picking in high-frequency access scenarios. The label holders support part number identification and kanban replenishment disciplines without additional labeling hardware. Both features are particularly valuable in regulated or compliance-driven environments where organized, labeled, controlled-access storage is audited.
♦ Removable bins for stainless environment compatibility; bins can be removed individually from the cabinet for cleaning, refilling, or transfer to a point-of-use position without disturbing adjacent bins. In washdown environments where the cabinet interior is periodically sprayed, removable bins allow thorough cleaning of both the bins and the shelves beneath them.
♦ 3-point locking with padlock hasp, the same locking specification as the carbon steel Strong Hold bin cabinets. A separately keyed padlock can be added for dual-lock access control where regulated or controlled inventory requires two independent locking mechanisms.
Where Commonly Used:
♦ Food Processing Maintenance Parts Storage: Maintenance departments in food processing facilities store small fasteners, fittings, seals, and replacement parts in the stainless bin cabinet, which withstands the daily washdown environment without rusting or degrading and supports the sanitary storage requirements of a food-safe facility.
♦ Pharmaceutical and Biotech Production, pharmaceutical maintenance, and production support teams use the stainless bin cabinet to organize small components, hardware, and consumables at production positions where stainless surfaces are required by facility specifications or regulatory compliance.
♦ Laboratory and Research Environments: labs that store small chemical supplies, hardware, reference standards, and consumable materials in individually labeled bins benefit from the organized, locked, corrosion-resistant format that the stainless bin cabinet provides in areas where washdowns or chemical exposure are routine.
♦ Cleanroom Support Areas, cleanroom maintenance and support personnel who stage small parts and consumables at cleanroom-adjacent positions use the stainless bin cabinet to meet the material specification of the environment while maintaining the organized, labeled, controlled-access format that supports cleanroom inventory discipline.
♦ High-Humidity and Wet Process Areas: Industrial positions subject to steam, condensation, or wet-process exposure where a standard painted carbon steel bin cabinet would rust and require replacement; use the stainless-steel format for long-term service life without surface degradation.
