Strong Hold Stainless Steel Ventilated Storage Cabinet

Strong Hold Stainless Steel Ventilated Storage Cabinets
Strong Hold stainless steel ventilated storage cabinets bring diamond-perforated door ventilation to the 12-gauge Type 304 stainless cabinet format. The perforated doors allow air to circulate freely through the cabinet interior, reducing humidity buildup, preventing odor accumulation, and allowing moisture from recently used equipment or supplies to dissipate between uses. The stainless enclosure resists corrosion from washdowns, cleaning chemicals, and persistent moisture that would degrade painted steel doors over time.
At up to 1,900 pounds per shelf on the 36"-wide model, this is the highest-capacity stainless ventilated cabinet in the CustomMHS lineup. All three models are 72" nominal height (78" OAH with 6" welded legs), 24" deep, and include 4 adjustable shelves. Ships fully assembled.

Selecting the Right Cabinet:
♦ Width and shelf capacity: the 36"-wide model carries 1,900 pounds per shelf, the highest capacity in this stainless ventilated lineup and consistent with the 36"-wide capacity across the Strong Hold stainless floor cabinet series. The 48"-wide model carries 1,200 pounds per shelf. The 60"-wide model carries 1,650 pounds per shelf. Choose a width based on the floor footprint available and the per-shelf load requirements of the stored items.
♦ Stainless ventilated vs. stainless solid-door cabinet: the standard Strong Hold stainless storage cabinet uses fully enclosed stainless doors and is available across four widths (36" to 72"). The stainless ventilated model uses diamond perforated doors and is limited to three widths (36", 48", 60"). Choose the ventilated format when airflow and partial visibility through the door panels are both required in a stainless cabinet. Choose the solid-door format when neither is needed nor when the 72"-wide format is required.
♦ Stainless ventilated vs. carbon steel ventilated: the carbon steel Strong Hold V-series ventilated cabinet offers the same shelf capacity pattern and features premium 8-gauge hinges and a cast aluminum bronze alloy handle. Both use 4 adjustable shelves at 72" height. Choose the stainless format when corrosion resistance is required. Choose the carbon steel format when stainless is not required and a lower price point is preferred.
♦ 4 shelves, all models, no height variation, unlike the standard Strong Hold stainless storage cabinet, which offers 60" and 72" heights, all three models in this ventilated series are 72" nominal height with 4 shelves. Width and shelf capacity are the only variables.
Where Commonly Used:
♦ Food Processing Supply and Tool Storage, positions in food processing facilities where cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment need airflow to dry between uses, benefit from the ventilated stainless format that resists the daily washdown environment and prevents sealed humidity buildup inside a standard solid-door cabinet.
♦ Pharmaceutical Maintenance and Support Positions, maintenance teams in pharmaceutical facilities storing damp cleaning tools, used PPE, and supplies in stainless ventilated cabinets comply with sanitation material requirements while allowing moisture to dissipate naturally between shifts.
♦ Lab Equipment and Supply Storage with Airflow Needs: labs storing equipment that generates heat or off-gassing when stored in sealed enclosures benefit from the perforated door panels that allow passive ventilation without requiring the cabinet to be left open.
♦ Chemical Storage with Ventilation Requirements per SDS: certain cleaning chemicals and solvents require ventilated storage per safety data sheet instructions. The stainless perforated door format provides vapor management in a washdown-compatible enclosure. Verify with the applicable SDS that perforated door ventilation is appropriate for the specific chemicals before use.
♦ High-Humidity Wet Processing Areas: stainless-steel ventilated storage at locations where ambient humidity is consistently elevated prevents the interior from becoming a sealed, humid environment, equalizing interior and ambient conditions without the corrosion risk of painted-steel perforated door cabinets.
