The Buckhorn BH48-Series is a heavy-duty reusable bulk container engineered to protect and move heavy parts and materials while improving warehouse efficiency. Built from durable high-density polyethylene, it withstands harsh handling, repeated trips, and demanding industrial environments. A reinforced base with three steel runners supports up to 2,500 lbs, while interlocking post-and-pocket side panels add structural strength for dependable performance in storage and transport.

This is the heavy-duty step up from Buckhorn's general-purpose BG48-Series, with more than double the rated capacity (2,500 lb vs. 1,200 lb) and steel reinforcement at the points that take the most wear. Steel corner-hit plates protect both the container and surrounding equipment from impacts by forklifts during handling. Operator-friendly handholds and two drop doors per container support faster, safer access during picking and loading. Four-way forklift entry simplifies positioning regardless of approach angle. The collapsible design folds flat for lower cube and reduced freight costs on return shipments.

Two height options are available, both at 2,500 lb capacity and the same 48"x40" footprint.
