The Monoflo BC3230-34 is a 32" x 30" collapsible bulk container designed for parts handling, work-in-process transport, and closed-loop distribution programs. The I-beam welded base adds up to 40% more base strength than standard construction, supporting repeated stacking, handling, and transport without premature failure. When empty, the container collapses to reduce storage footprint and return freight volume, providing a meaningful cost advantage in high-cycle logistics operations.

A drop-down access door sits flush against the container body for fast picking and staging without lifting the unit out of position. Ergonomic latches reduce operator strain during repeated opening and closing. Reinforced, smooth fork openings improve forklift engagement and reduce wear at the points of contact. Four-sided high-visibility label panels reduce mis-picks and speed up sorting and put-away. 

Two height options are available, both with the same 32" x30" footprint. A matching thermoformed lid is available separately.

♦ BC3230-34, 32"L x 30"W x 34"H outside. 29.5"L x 27.5"W x 28.3"H inside. Fill line 27.5". Same construction and features as BC3230-25 at a greater height. The taller model in this footprint.

♦ Optional accessory: VFL-32x30-2742 thermoformed container lid, sized to fit both BC3230-25 and BC3230-34. Sold separately.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Container height, 25" or 34", select based on the volume of material to be stored or transported and the fill line clearance needed. The 34" model holds significantly more volume at the same footprint, while the 25" model is suited for lighter loads or applications where stack height is constrained by rack or trailer clearance.

♦ I-beam welded base: The welded base construction provides up to 40% more strength than a standard base, supporting heavier stacking loads and more frequent handling cycles without base failure. This is the primary durability differentiator of the BC-Series compared to lighter-duty collapsible containers.

♦ RFID tagging option, operations running formal container tracking or closed-loop asset management programs can specify optional RFID tagging at the time of order. 

♦ Container lid: The VFL-32x30-2742 thermoformed lid fits both height options in this footprint and is recommended for outdoor storage, dust-sensitive contents, or stacking configurations where a closed top improves stability.
