The Orbis KD3230 Series is a medium-duty collapsible bulk container designed for high-density storage and movement of small to medium-sized parts. Rated at 1,500 lb capacity, it delivers the strength needed for daily material handling and distribution while keeping a compact footprint suited to tight work areas where larger bulk bins are impractical.

Spring-loaded ergonomic latches and access doors speed setup and reduce the effort required for repeated opening and closing throughout a shift. The collapsible design lowers the cube on backhaul shipments and reduces storage footprint when containers are empty, supporting closed-loop distribution programs and reducing reliance on corrugated packaging. Optional custom dunnage is available for operations requiring additional product protection. The container is recyclable at the end of its service life.

Two height options are available, both sharing the same 32" x30" footprint and a 1,500 lb capacity rating.

The Orbis KD3230 is rated at 1,500 lb capacity with spring-loaded latches and optional custom dunnage. The Triple Diamond TDP-3230 offers 2,000 lb capacity with dual drop doors and true 4-way forklift entry at the lowest price point of the three.
