Triple Diamond TDP-4845 Collapsible Bulk Container | 48"x45", 2,000 or 1,500 lb

Triple Diamond TDP-4845 collapsible bulk containers are built for high-volume material handling in demanding industrial environments. Structural foam-molded HDPE sidewalls and a reinforced high-strength base provide reliable product protection under heavy use. Dual drop doors allow access from two sides for faster picking and loading. True 4-way forklift entry simplifies transport and positioning regardless of approach angle. The collapsible design reduces storage footprint and trailer cube on return shipments, supporting closed-loop distribution programs.

Four height options are available with the same 47.9" x44.9" footprint. Capacity varies by height: the 25" and 34" models are rated at 2,000 lbs; the 42" and 50" models are rated at 1,500 lbs. Select based on the required container height and the maximum expected load weight at that height.

♦ TDP-4845-42, 47.9"L x 44.9"W x 42"H outside. 44.3"L x 41.5"W x 35.7"H inside. Capacity 1,500 lbs. Same construction and features at a greater height. Note: capacity drops to 1,500 lbs at this height and above. Do not load above 1,500 lbs.

♦ TDP-4845-50, 47.9"L x 44.9"W x 50"H outside. 44.3"L x 41.5"W x 44.3"H inside. Capacity 1,500 lbs. The tallest and highest-volume model. Capacity is 1,500 lbs -- same as the 42" model.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Capacity vs. height tradeoff: the 25" and 34" models carry 2,000 lbs. The 42" and 50" models carry 1,500 lbs. If load weight regularly approaches or exceeds 1,500 lbs, the 42" and 50" models are not appropriate; use the 34" model at 2,000 lb capacity instead. If load weight is consistently under 1,500 lbs and maximum volume is the priority, the taller models are the correct choice.

♦ Triple Diamond TDP-4845 vs. Monoflo BC4844 (same footprint), both are 48"x45" collapsible containers with four height options (25", 34", 42", 50"). The Monoflo BC4844 uses an I-beam-welded base for up to 40% greater base strength and offers optional RFID tagging; capacity data is pending Monoflo's confirmation. The Triple Diamond TDP-4845 is available at a lower price point, with a confirmed 2,000-lb capacity at the two shorter heights. Choose the Monoflo when maximum base durability and RFID are operational requirements. Choose the Triple Diamond when load weights fall within the TDP-4845 capacity ratings and lower unit cost is a priority.
