Akro-Mils Stack and Nest Plastic Containers | HDPE Reusable Totes

Akro-Mils stack and nest containers are reusable HDPE totes that stack securely when loaded and nest compactly inside one another when empty. The stack position protects contents and maintains organized storage during picking, staging, and internal transport. The nest position reduces empty container footprint by roughly half, cutting the space required for return trips, empty storage lanes, and trailer backhaul.

HDPE construction resists chemicals, corrosion, and warping in demanding industrial environments. Multiple color options are available on most models, supporting visual organization by department, shift, product type, or priority without additional labeling.

Nine models are available in footprints from 18" to 29.5" long and 6" to 15" deep. All are sold by carton of three or six.

Choosing the Right Model:

Models are grouped by outside footprint. Within each group, select depth based on your load height and available shelf or rack clearance.

Small Footprint -- 18" x 11" outside:
♦ 35180 -- 6" deep, 15-1/4" x 9-3/8" inside, 6 per carton. Shallow model for smaller loads, flat parts, or operations with limited vertical clearance.
♦ 35185 -- 9" deep, 15-1/8" x 9-1/8" inside, 6 per carton. Standard depth for most general warehouse and distribution applications in this footprint.

Mid Footprint A -- 19-1/2" x 15-1/2" outside:
♦ 35190 -- 10" deep, 16" x 13-1/4" inside, 6 per carton. Broad mid-size tote for higher-volume loads in a wider footprint.
♦ 35195 -- 13" deep, 15-7/8" x 13-3/8" inside, 6 per carton. Deepest model in this footprint for taller parts or larger load volumes per tote.

Mid Footprint B -- 19-1/2" x 13-1/2" outside:
♦ 35200 -- 8" deep, 16-3/8" x 11-1/2" inside, 6 per carton. Narrower mid-size option for operations where the 15-1/2" wide footprint is too wide for the shelf, conveyor, or cart configuration.

Large Footprint A -- 23-1/2" x 19-1/2" outside:

35225 -- 10" deep, 19-3/8" x 16-7/8" inside, 3 per carton. Wide large-format tote for broader loads or higher-density packing per tote.

35230 -- 13" deep, 19-1/2" x 16-7/8" inside, 3 per carton. Deeper wide format for taller loads or maximum volume per tote in this footprint.

Large Footprint B -- 23-1/2" x 15-1/2" outside:
♦ 35240 -- 12" deep, 19-5/8" x 13" inside, 3 per carton. Narrower large format for operations where the 19-1/2" wide model is too wide but more length than the mid-size models is needed.

Largest Footprint -- 29-1/2" x 19-1/2" outside:
♦ 35300 -- 15" deep, 25-1/8" x 16-5/8" inside, 3 per carton. The largest and deepest model in the range. Best for high-volume loads, bulky items, or operations consolidating the most product per tote to minimize trip count.
