Kadon tote boxes are stackable HDPE totes built for industrial storage, material handling, parts washing, and processing applications. Available in solid and vented wall configurations, they cover applications ranging from clean parts containment to wet processing and drainage environments.

Ten models are available across three footprint sizes and two depth options per footprint, each offered in both solid and vented versions. All models are priced individually. Prices are shown by manufacturer model number for straightforward competitor comparison.

Solid vs. Vented -- Choosing the Right Configuration:

♦ Solid HDPE Totes -- Fully enclosed sides and floor. Best for parts storage, order picking, shipping, and any application where contents need to stay contained and protected from dust, debris, or contact with adjacent containers. Choose solid when containment and cleanliness are the priority.
♦ Vented HDPE Totes -- Perforated or slotted sides and floor that allow water to drain and air to circulate. Best for parts washing, wet processing, food handling, produce handling, greenhouse and nursery use, and any application requiring drainage or airflow through the container. Choose vented when contents need to dry, drain, or breathe.

Within each footprint group, the solid and vented models share the same outside dimensions and capacity. The vented model is typically priced slightly lower than the solid equivalent.

Choosing the Right Model:

Models are grouped by footprint. Within each group, solid and vented versions are available at two depth options.

15" x 10" footprint, 150 lb capacity:
♦ HT1510060010 -- Solid, 6" deep.
♦ HT1510062210 -- Vented, 6" deep.

19" x 10" footprint, 150 lb capacity:
♦ HT1910040010 -- Solid, 3.5" deep. Shallow format for flat parts or tight vertical clearance.
♦ HT1910042210 -- Vented, 3.5" deep.

22" x 13" footprint, 150 lb capacity:
♦ HT2213060010 -- Solid, 6" deep. Largest and highest-capacity footprint in the HT range.
♦ HT2213062210 -- Vented, 6" deep.

20" x 14" footprint, 100 lb capacity:
♦ HI2014030010 -- Solid, 2.75" deep. Very shallow tray format. Well suited for flat items, small parts spread across a wide surface, or applications requiring low-profile containment. Also used in greenhouse and nursery environments.
♦ HI2014032010 -- Vented, 2.75" deep.
♦ HI2014040010 -- Solid, 4" deep. Slightly deeper tray for items requiring more vertical clearance in the same footprint.
♦ HI2014042010 -- Vented, 4" deep.

Note: The 20" x 14" HI series models have a lower 100-lb capacity rating than the 150-lb HT series. Select based on your load weight and application.
