MFG FIBRESTAT Conductive Shallow Assembly Trays are ESD-safe fiberglass trays for electronics assembly, inspection, and conveyor transport in static-controlled environments. Conductive fiberglass construction dissipates charge to ground, while the shallow profile and flat bottom support smooth movement on conveyors, carts, and workbench surfaces.

Forty-four models are available from 7-1/2" to 47-5/8" long and 1/2" to 3" deep. All are priced individually by manufacturer model number for straightforward competitor comparison.

How to Select the Right Model:

♦ Selection is driven by the outside dimensions that fit your conveyor, cart, rack, or workstation. Footprints range from a compact 7-1/2" x 7-1/2" (model 613000) to a large 47-5/8" x 23-7/8" (model 609009). Heights range from 1/2" to 3". The inside working surface is approximately 1" shorter and narrower than the outside dimensions on each model.

FIBRESTAT Conductive vs. Standard MFG Shallow Assembly Trays:

The standard MFG shallow assembly tray line uses identical construction without the conductive additive and is priced lower. Use standard trays for general industrial assembly, handling hot parts, and chemical-resistant applications where ESD is not a concern. Use FIBRESTAT conductive trays when your ESD control program requires conductive or dissipative containers at every point of handling. Do not substitute standard trays for ESD-sensitive applications.
