Quantum Heavy-Duty Dividable Grid Containers

Quantum DG Series dividable grid containers are heavy-duty plastic storage bins with internal grid slots that accept optional dividers, allowing you to create custom compartments within a single container for multiple part numbers, components, or SKUs. The open layout makes contents visible and accessible without lifting or moving the bin, and dividers can be reconfigured quickly as inventory or workflow needs change.

Heavy-duty construction is designed for demanding industrial environments where containers are handled repeatedly, stacked, and used across long service cycles. These are a step up in wall strength and durability over standard dividable bins, making them well-suited for assembly, kitting, MRO, electronics, and distribution operations where containers take daily abuse.

Eleven models are available across three footprint groups, with depths from 2-1/2" to 12". All are sold by the carton. Prices are listed by manufacturer model number for easy comparison with competitors.

Choosing the Right Model:

Models are grouped by outside footprint. Within each group, select based on the depth that fits your parts and shelving clearance.

Small Footprint -- 10-7/8" x 8-1/4" outside:
♦ DG91025 -- 2-1/2" deep, 20 per carton. Shallowest model. Best for very flat parts or high-density shelving with limited vertical clearance.
♦ DG91035 -- 3-1/2" deep, 20 per carton. Slightly deeper for small hardware, fasteners, or thin components needing a bit more height.
♦ DG91050 -- 5" deep, 20 per carton. Standard depth for most small parts applications in this footprint.

Mid Footprint -- 16-1/2" x 10-7/8" outside:
♦ DG92035 -- 3-1/2" deep, 12 per carton. Low-profile mid-size for flat components and high-density shelving.
♦ DG92050 -- 5" deep, 12 per carton. Most commonly selected depth in the mid-size range. Balances capacity and visibility.
♦ DG92060 -- 6" deep, 8 per carton. Adds depth for taller parts while staying in the same footprint.
♦ DG92080 -- 8" deep, 8 per carton. Maximum depth in the mid-size footprint. Best for tall parts, longer fasteners, or higher-volume compartments.

Large Footprint -- 22-1/2" x 17-1/2" outside:
♦ DG93030 -- 3" deep, 3 per carton. Very shallow large format. Best for flat parts, gaskets, labels, or thin components organized across a wide surface.
♦ DG93060 -- 6" deep, 3 per carton. Standard depth for most large footprint applications. Good balance of capacity and part visibility.
♦ DG93080 -- 8" deep, 3 per carton. Deeper large format for taller parts or higher-volume compartments.
♦ DG93120 -- 12" deep, 3 per carton. Maximum depth in the range. Best for tall parts or applications requiring the greatest internal volume per compartment.

Where Quantum DG Series Containers Are Most Commonly Used:

♦ Assembly and kitting -- Separate multiple components for the same kit in one bin so operators pull a complete set without sorting through mixed contents.
♦ Electronics and precision parts -- Heavy-duty walls protect sensitive components from impact during handling, and compartments prevent contact between parts that could cause damage.
♦ MRO and maintenance -- Organize fasteners, fittings, and replacement parts by type or machine. Heavy-duty construction holds up in tool rooms and maintenance areas where bins are treated roughly.
