The Logitrans EHL Electric Thork Skid Lift combines powered lifting with manual transport in a single compact unit. It is designed for operations that handle open-bottom pallets and skids and need to repeatedly raise loads to an ergonomic working height throughout the shift.

The electric lift mechanism raises loads to 31.5" at the push of a button, eliminating the physical effort of manual pumping and reducing operator fatigue during high-frequency use. The ergonomic handle supports a relaxed grip, and rounded corners protect surrounding equipment and surfaces when maneuvering in tight aisles and work cells.

All three EHL models share the same capacity and lift height. The only difference is the fork width. Choose based on the size of your skids.

Choosing the Right Fork Width:

♦ EHL 1004-1947 -- 19" wide x 47" long -- Narrow forks for tight spaces or smaller skid profiles.
♦ EHL 1004-2147 -- 21" wide x 47" long -- Standard width suitable for most open-bottom pallet applications.
♦ EHL 1004-2747 -- 27" wide x 47" long -- Wider forks for larger skids or where additional load support is needed.

EHL vs. Manual Thork HL-Series: Which Is Right for Your Operation?

♦ Both models lift to 31.5" with the same 3,300 lb capacity and the same fork width options. The difference is how the lift is powered.

♦ The manual HL-Series uses a hydraulic foot pump to raise the load. It is well suited for operations with moderate lift frequency, lower budgets, or facilities where battery charging is inconvenient.

♦ The EHL uses an electric lift motor activated by a handlebar control. It is the better choice when operators frequently lift and lower loads throughout the shift, when reducing physical strain is a priority, or when the cost difference is justified by productivity and ergonomic gains.

♦ If your team is lifting pallets dozens of times per shift, the EHL pays for itself in reduced fatigue and faster cycle times. If lifts are used only occasionally, the manual HL-Series is a more cost-effective solution.
