Battery-Powered Scissor Lift Carts | Electric Lift, 330 to 2,200 lb

Battery-powered scissor lift carts replace the foot-pump mechanism of manual scissor lift carts with an onboard electric motor powered by a rechargeable battery. The platform raises and lowers via push-button controls, requiring no physical pumping effort from the operator. This makes powered lift carts better suited for high-frequency lifting tasks, heavier loads, and multi-station workflows where manual pumping would create fatigue over the course of a shift.

Four brands are available: Lift Products, Bishamon, Presto, and Vestil, across a capacity range of 330 to 2,200 lbs and lift heights from 9" to 67". In addition to standard battery-powered scissor carts, the lineup includes a linear-actuated configuration (Lift Products), a rough-terrain configuration for uneven floors and outdoor use (Vestil), and powered drive configurations that add motorized propulsion to eliminate manual pushing (Lift Products Moto-Cart Jr).

♦ Lift Products Moto-Cart Jr (powered drive and lift), 1,000 lb capacity. 18.5" minimum to 64" maximum lift range. Battery-powered drive and lift propel the cart and lift the platform, eliminating manual pushing and pumping.

♦ Lift Products Moto-Cart Jr (powered drive, manual lift), 1,000 lb capacity. 16" minimum to 41" maximum lift range. Battery-powered drive with manual lift motorized propulsion without powered lifting.

♦ Uneven Floor and Outdoor Applications, facilities with uneven concrete floors, dock leveler transitions, or outdoor staging areas use the Vestil Rough Terrain models, which are the only scissor lift carts in this lineup designed for surface conditions that standard casters cannot navigate.

♦ Multi-Station and Long-Distance Transport: facilities where loads must travel significant distances between workstations use the Lift Products Moto-Cart Jr powered drive models to eliminate manual pushing entirely. The cart propels itself to the destination while keeping the operator in control of both direction and lift height.
