The Logitrans ELF Series is a battery-powered electric lift, manual push stacker with a fork-over design for warehouses, production areas, and distribution environments that need reliable stacking to racking or conveyor height without the footprint or cost of a full-size powered stacker. The electric lift raises loads at the push of a button, reducing operator effort during repeated stacking and positioning cycles. The ergonomic handle supports a comfortable grip during manual pushing. A compact footprint allows the ELF to operate in tighter aisles and work cells where larger equipment cannot maneuver.

Five models are available covering lift heights from 75" to 130". All use the same 21.25" wide x 47" long forks. Capacity is 2,200 lbs for the three lower-height models and decreases for the two tallest models. Verify the load weight against the specific model's capacity before ordering.

♦ ELF 1001-80, 21.25" W, 47" L forks. Maximum lift height 80". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Electric lift, manual push. Fork-over design.

♦ ELF 1001-96, 21.25" W, 47" L forks. Maximum lift height 96". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Electric lift, manual push. Fork-over design. The tallest model at full 2,200 lb rated capacity. If loads approach 2,200 lbs and heights above 75" or 80" are needed, this is the maximum-height option at full capacity.

♦ ELF 1001-112, 21.25" W, 47" L forks. Maximum lift height 112". Capacity 1,760 lbs. Electric lift, manual push. Fork-over design. Capacity reduced from 2,200 lb at this height. Verify that typical loads fall within 1,760 lbs before ordering.

♦ ELF 1001-130, 21.25" W, 47" L forks. Maximum lift height 130". Capacity 1,320 lbs. Electric lift, manual push. Fork-over design. The tallest-reaching mobile lifting product in the CustomMHS catalog is nearly 11 feet. Capacity reduced to 1,320 lbs at this height. Verify that typical loads fall within 1,320 lbs before ordering.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Lift height and capacity relationship: the ELF Series maintains 2,200 lb capacity through the 96" model. Above 96", capacity decreases: 1,760 lb at 112" and 1,320 lb at 130". Select the tallest model that maintains adequate capacity for the actual loads being lifted. If loads regularly approach 2,200 lbs, the ELF 1001-96 is the correct choice for the upper limit.

♦ Maximum lift height needed: select based on the highest rack position or stacking height required. The 130" model reaches nearly 11 feet, making it well-suited for high-bay racking. If the application does not require a lift above 96", there is no benefit to selecting the higher models at reduced capacity.

♦ ELF Series (electric lift) vs. LF-Mini (manual lift), both use a fork-over design with similar 21.25" x 47" fork dimensions and up to 2,200 lb capacity. The LF-Mini uses a manual hydraulic foot pump and has a maximum lift height of 65". The ELF uses an electric lift for push-button operation and reaches up to 130". Choose the LF-Mini for lower-frequency lifting where the 65" maximum is sufficient. Choose the ELF when electric operation is needed to reduce repetitive manual effort, or when heights above 65" are required.

♦ Fork-over vs. straddle design: The ELF fork-over design requires pallet entry clearance; it does not work with closed-bottom pallets. If closed-bottom pallets are in use, consider the Logitrans LFS-Mini (straddle, manual) for pallet compatibility with all types.
