Logitrans LFS-Mini Manual Logiflex Straddle Legs Stacker

Interthor LFS-Mini Series Manual Logiflex Straddle Legs Stacker

Logitrans LFS-Mini Manual Straddle Leg Stacker | LFS Mini Series

The Logitrans LFS-Mini is a manually operated stacker with a straddle-leg design, built for facilities that require versatile pallet handling without powered equipment. Unlike the fork-over design used on the LF-Mini, the straddle legs extend under the pallet on either side of the load, allowing the LFS-Mini to handle all pallet types, including closed-bottom pallets that fork-over stackers cannot engage.

The narrow 6.5" forks and compact overall footprint make it well suited for tight aisles, crowded work cells, and smaller facilities. The ergonomic handle supports a comfortable grip during manual pushing, and rounded corners protect surrounding surfaces and goods during transport and positioning.

Two models are available with the same capacity and fork dimensions. The only difference is the maximum lift height. Choose based on the highest level you need to reach in your operation.

Straddle Leg Design -- Pallet Compatibility:

The LFS-Mini uses a straddle leg design, meaning the outrigger legs straddle the outside of the pallet base rather than the forks passing over or under the pallet deck. This allows it to handle a wider range of pallet types than fork-over designs, including closed-bottom pallets, block pallets, and standard four-way entry pallets. The pallet compatibility image on this page shows the supported configurations.

If your facility uses only standard pallets with clear fork entry pockets, the LF-Mini fork-over model at a lower price point may be sufficient. If you handle mixed pallet types or closed-bottom pallets, the LFS-Mini straddle design is the more versatile choice.

LFS-Mini vs. LF-Mini -- Which Stacker Is Right for You?

♦ Both are manual lift, manual push stackers with 2,200 lb capacity and a compact footprint. The differences come down to pallet compatibility and aisle requirements.
♦ LF-Mini (Fork Over Design) -- Forks pass over the top of the pallet deck. Works with standard pallets, open-bottom pallets, and skids. Cannot handle closed-bottom pallets. Wider forks (22" x 45"). Lower price point.
♦ LFS-Mini (Straddle Leg Design) -- Legs straddle the outside of the pallet. Works with all pallet types, including closed-bottom. Narrower forks (6.5" x 42") allow entry into tighter spaces. Higher price point.

If your operation handles only open-bottom or standard pallets, the LF-Mini is the more cost-effective option. If you need to handle closed pallets or want maximum pallet versatility, the LFS-Mini is the correct choice.

Choosing the Right Lift Height:

♦ LFS Mini 1002-35 -- 35" maximum lift height -- Best for floor-to-work-surface transfers, feeding conveyors or workbenches at standard height, and single-level racking up to approximately 35".
♦ LFS Mini 1002-62 -- 62" maximum lift height -- Best for reaching second-level racking, elevated shelving, or staging platforms above standard working height.
♦ Both models use the same 6.5" wide x 42" long forks and carry 2,200 lbs. If there is any chance you will need to reach above 35" now or in the future, the 62" model is the better investment.

What is the Interthor Logitrans LFS-Mini manual Logiflex stacker used for?
The Interthor Logitrans LFS-Mini manual Logiflex stacker is a compact lifting solution designed for handling pallets and skids in tight spaces. It is built to lift, transport, and position loads efficiently without requiring electric power. The straddle leg design allows it to work with a wider range of pallet types. This makes it a practical choice for facilities that need flexible, ergonomic material handling.
How do straddle legs improve pallet handling versatility?
Straddle legs provide added stability and allow the stacker to handle pallets that may not be accessible with standard fork designs. This design improves load positioning and facilitates entry across different pallet configurations. It also helps distribute weight more evenly during lifting. The result is safer, more adaptable handling across a variety of work environments.
How does the LFS-Mini support ergonomic operations?
By lifting loads to an optimal working height, the LFS-Mini reduces bending, reaching, and manual strain. Operators can move and position palletized materials more comfortably throughout the day. Its compact frame improves maneuverability, helping workers maintain better control in confined areas. Ergonomic handling leads to safer workflows and improved daily productivity.
Where does this compact straddle stacker perform best?
The LFS-Mini performs best in smaller warehouses, workshops, retail stockrooms, and production areas with limited aisle space. It is also useful in staging zones where forklifts are impractical or unnecessary. Its straddle-leg configuration makes it especially effective for facilities that handle different pallet styles. Any operation needing compact lifting versatility can benefit from this stacker.
How does the LFS-Mini improve workflow efficiency?
With reliable manual lifting and precise positioning, operators can complete stacking and transport tasks faster and with less physical effort. Keeping loads elevated and accessible reduces wasted movement during handling. The stacker supports smoother workstation feeding, staging, and pallet positioning. Over time, it helps create a more efficient and organized workflow.
