The Logitrans LFS-Mini is a manual lift, manual push straddle legs stacker for transporting, lifting, and stacking pallets of all types. The straddle leg design is the key distinction from fork-over stackers: the straddle legs extend alongside the pallet from both sides, allowing the narrow forks (6.5" wide) to slide under the pallet deck without requiring the pallet to have open entry points. As a result, the LFS-Mini handles closed-bottom pallets, block pallets, stringer pallets, and other pallet configurations that a fork-over stacker cannot engage. For operations handling mixed pallet types or closed-bottom pallets specifically, the straddle design is the appropriate choice.

 

The ergonomically designed handle provides a comfortable grip during transport and maneuvering. Rounded corners on the stacker frame minimize contact damage to pallets, goods, and surrounding structures in tight aisles. The design is customizable to individual users. Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Maximum lift height, 35" vs. 62", the LFS Mini 1002-35 at 35" suits ergonomic positioning at bench, staging, or low-rack heights. The LFS Mini 1002-62 at 62" is required when loads must be placed into elevated rack positions or stacked to heights above 35". If there is any possibility of needing lift above 35", choose the 62" model.

♦ LFS-Mini (straddle) vs. LF-Mini (fork-over): the straddle-leg design of the LFS-Mini allows use with all pallet types, including closed-bottom pallets. The fork-over design of the LF-Mini requires the pallet to have clearance for the fork entry it cannot engage fully closed-bottom pallets. Choose the LFS-Mini when closed-bottom pallets are in inventory or when pallet-type compatibility is uncertain. The LF-Mini is suitable when all pallets in use are open-entry types, and the wider fork (22") provides better load support.
