Logitrans SELFRA 1003 Fully Powered Rotator with Adjustable Box Holder

The Logitrans SELFRA 1003 is a fully powered rotator with both electric lift and electric drive, built for operations that frequently need to tilt, tip, or rotate boxes and crates throughout the shift without manual pushing. It is the powered drive counterpart to the ELFRA 1001 and ELFSRA 1001 manual push rotators, suited for applications where travel distances between workstations are longer or operator fatigue from manual pushing is a concern.

The adjustable box holders accommodate box widths from 31.5" to 48" and are set up quickly with a single handle, no tools required. The unit tilts loads beyond 90 degrees while maintaining a 2,200-lb rated capacity, keeping contents within comfortable reach at any point during the filling, emptying, or sorting cycle. The fork-over design works with standard pallets, open-bottom pallets, and skids.

Two fork width options are available (22" and 27"). Five models cover lift heights from 36" to 75", all sharing the same fork length and 2,200 lb capacity. The only difference between models is the maximum lift height. Prices are listed by manufacturer model number for easy comparison with competitors.

Fork-Over Design -- Pallet Compatibility:

The SELFRA 1003 uses a fork-over design, meaning the forks pass over the top of the pallet deck. This works with standard four-way pallets, open-bottom pallets, and skids. It does not handle closed-bottom pallets. The pallet compatibility image on this page shows supported configurations.

♦ ELFSRA 1001 -- Powered lift, manual push, straddle leg design. Works with all pallet types, including closed-bottom. Higher price than ELFRA 1001. Best when pallet versatility matters more than powered drive.
♦ SELFRA 1003 -- Powered lift, powered drive, fork-over design. Works with standard, open-bottom, and skid pallets. Highest price in the rotator range. Best when operators frequently move between stations, powered travel reduces fatigue or improves throughput.

If your operators are covering significant floor distance between pick or fill points and the rotator is in constant use throughout the shift, the SELFRA 1003 justifies its higher price through reduced fatigue and faster cycle times. If travel is minimal, the ELFRA 1001 delivers the same rotation capability at a lower cost.

All five SELFRA 1003 models carry 2,200 lbs to their full rated height. Select based on the working height that best fits your operators and workstations.

♦ SELFRA 1003-63 -- 63" maximum lift height. Tall workstations or rotation access above standard height.
♦ SELFRA 1003-75 -- 75" maximum lift height. Maximum reach. Best for overhead conveyors or elevated discharge points.
