Lift Products Adjustable 360° Rotation Work Positioners

Lift Products Adjustable 360° Rotation Work Positioners are designed to reduce strain and overexertion by letting operators position the workload at exactly the height they need. A telescoping shaft with a safety lever lets users quickly select the most convenient working height. The platform sets at various heights and rotates a full 360 degrees, giving operators easy access to the load from any angle.

The MXHR series adjusts platform height using a manual hydraulic foot pump, so height adjustments can be made even under load, without setting the work down first. A secondary foot pedal, attached to a release valve, smoothly lowers the platform as hydraulic fluid releases from the cylinder, giving operators precise, controlled descent. Four swivel casters with brakes provide a stable, mobile base, and a rotation brake secures the platform once positioned.

Models and Specifications:

♦ MXHR20A, 23.5" diameter platform. Travel range 19.75" to 29.75". Capacity 440 lbs. Telescoping shaft with safety lever. Four swivel casters with brakes.

♦ MXHR20B, 23.5" diameter platform. Travel range 27.75" to 41.5". Capacity 440 lbs. Same construction and features as MXHR20A with a taller travel range.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Travel range, 19.75" to 29.75" or 27.75" to 41.5", select based on the working height range needed for your task, whether that's a lower assembly height or a taller reach.

♦ 360-degree rotation lets operators access the load from any angle without repositioning the entire unit, useful for tasks requiring work from multiple sides.

♦ Under-load height adjustment: the manual hydraulic foot pump allows height changes even while the platform is loaded, avoiding the need to unload and reload for a height change.
