The Wesco Fixed Base Hand Winch Stacker – 273510 (Model HWLFX-4) is a compact, high-reach manual stacker built for narrow workspaces and tight production areas where powered lifts or wide straddle legs don’t fit.
Constructed from a combination of aluminum and steel, this unit delivers a strong 400 lb capacity while staying manageable to maneuver and position. With a maximum lift range of 99" to 120.5" and a lowered height range of 3.5" to 27.5", it’s ideal for feeding racks, mezzanines, workstations, and machinery with lighter components, tooling, cartons, or equipment.
The fixed base legs provide a compact footprint at 13" inside width and 21.5" overall width, making this stacker well-suited to narrow aisles, crowded maintenance areas, and tight production lines. The 4" x 22.5" x 1.75" forks are sized for small pallets, skids, and equipment, and they can be inverted to provide two different lift height configurations for added flexibility.
A hand winch crank handle raises the carriage smoothly and locks it in place at height, preventing unintended lowering. For mobility, the stacker rides on 8" rear wheels and 2" front swivel casters, all non-marking, protecting finished floors while providing easy steering and positioning.
