The MECO Single Sided Cantilever Add-On Unit, Model AM6, is a Series 1000 cantilever rack system designed to store long, bulky, or irregular materials in an organized, accessible layout. This single-sided add-on unit is ideal for placement against a wall and is designed to expand an existing cantilever rack system. The AM6 includes a 6 ft upright with an 8,100 lb upright capacity, a 33 in base, a 47 in brace set measured from upright center to upright center, and three 12 in straight arms with 1,000 lb capacity per arm. The arms adjust on 3 in centers and use a hairpin keeper for quick, simple height changes. Straight arms are available with or without a lip and include a minimum pitch of 3/8 in per foot to help compensate for deflection under evenly distributed loads.
