MECO Reel Winder – Adjustable Roller Reel Payoff Stand for Cable, Wire Rope, Hose & Chain (RW1 / RW2 / RW3)

MECO reel winders are adjustable roller payoff stands designed for safe, controlled dispensing of cable, wire rope, hose, chain, and other reel-stored coiled materials. Six adjustable roller positions allow the frame to fit reels of varying diameters. Payoff is controlled by 2-1/2" diameter precision ball-bearing rollers with side rollers that keep the reel tracking consistently, preventing tangles and binding during dispensing. A 10-gauge steel loading ramp allows reels to be rolled on and off the unit without lifting. Pre-drilled mounting holes allow floor anchoring for added stability in high-traffic areas.

Three models cover single-reel, dual-reel, and unlimited-width applications. All units finish in high-visibility orange enamel and ship via UPS.

Models and Specifications:

♦ RW1: Single reel -- max reel width 28" -- unit width 31-1/2" -- one-piece design

♦ RW2: Single or dual reel -- max reel width 48" single or two reels up to 24" each -- unit width 52" -- one-piece design

♦ RW3: Single reel -- unlimited reel width -- unit width 9-1/4" per half -- two-piece design; the two halves slide apart and are positioned independently to accommodate any reel width

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ RW1: For single reels up to 28" wide. The most compact one-piece option, suited to tight spaces and standard cable or wire rope reel widths in common use.

♦ RW2: For wider single reels up to 48" or for simultaneous dual-reel dispensing of two reels up to 24" wide each. Suited to operations that cut two materials simultaneously or that handle wider industrial hose and cable reels.

♦ RW3: For reels of any width. The two-piece design means the halves are positioned at whatever spacing the reel requires, making this the right choice when reel width varies significantly across the inventory or when very wide reels are in use. The 9-1/4" per-half width also makes the RW3 easy to store and transport between locations.

♦ Industrial Hose Fabrication: Payoff of hydraulic hose, air hose, and fluid transfer hose reels during cut-and-crimp operations at hose assembly shops and fluid power distributors.

♦ Chain and Hardware Distribution: Dispensing of chain reels by the foot in supply and distribution environments where smooth, controlled payoff prevents chain pile-up and tangling on the floor.

♦ Manufacturing Assembly Lines: Staged reel dispensing for wire harness assembly, conduit wiring, or other production operations requiring continuous, controlled material feed from a spool positioned adjacent to the work area.
