This is a closed add-on unit designed to extend a shelving row that starts with a compatible starter unit, adding enclosed sides and a back for a cleaner, more secure storage footprint.
Each heavy-duty shelf is engineered for long-term performance with box-formed construction, a tubular welded box beam in the front and rear, and Hallowell’s exclusive triple-bend side flanges to minimize deflection under load. Lapped and welded corners reinforce shelf integrity, and the shelf deck is punched to accept dividers—ideal for organizing parts, tooling, and supplies. Installation stays efficient: each shelf locks in using only four shelf clips, and the post design supports flexible configuration using beaded front and angle back posts (and compatible post styles where applicable).
