The Hallowell 4521-12 Hi-Tech 6-Shelf Starter Warehouse Shelving (Closed Starter Unit) is built for high-traffic storage areas that need industrial strength with a clean, enclosed setup. With side and back panels included, this unit helps keep stored items contained and creates a more finished look—perfect for warehouses, stockrooms, maintenance rooms, parts departments, and back-of-house storage.
Each shelf is engineered for real working loads with a tubular welded box beam (front and rear) for maximum strength and sag resistance. Exclusive triple-bend side flanges add rigidity across the shelf surface, and lapped and welded corners reinforce high-stress points for long service life. Shelves are punched to accept shelf dividers for better organization (dividers sold separately if applicable). Installation stays simple—each shelf secures with only four shelf clips, and the system supports multiple post configurations, including beaded front and angle back posts, as well as compatible T-post and H-post setups.
This is a closed starter unit, meaning it’s designed to start a run while providing side/back containment for a tidy, professional warehouse install.
